Heavily influenced by Joseph Cornell's work, Bennett began his artistic career nearly 10 years ago. Most recently he was invited to create and exhibit work as the artist in residence during the Cornell retrospective at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA (curated by the Smithsonian Museum.) Bennett’s work is in private collections in the US, Mexico and Europe. He currently lives in San Diego, CA. and San Miguel de Allende, MX with his life partner, Eli Hans.
